I was lead creative of Paternalism (2023), a drama short film completed in June 2023. As producer, I was responsible for production management from start to finish, including scheduling, casting and crewing, budgeting, and distribution. The budget of $602 USD was raised through crowd funding via social media marketing. I was the screenwriter, film director, and both video and audio editor.
Paternalism has garnered over 300 views on YouTube through use of SEO skills and audience analytics, and premiered at Toronto Shorts International Film Festival in the 2nd Program of December 7, alongside films such as "Age of Consent" by Katherine Gauthier and Rosemary Doyle, "The Church of Tony Dufresne" by Patrick Hodgson and Heather Hodgson Kosoy, and "To The Moon" by Jaiden Reese.
