Our Furniture is a local, family-owned retailer, providing classic European furniture designs to the Greater Toronto Area for over 25 years. I was an administrative associate, with duties including digital storefront design, instating paperless workflows, and assisting in customer relations.
I produced 10+ social media marketing campaigns for FaceBook and Instagram, garnering a combined view count of 1200+ customers, and increasing digital storefront interaction by 22%. As part of the social media campaigns, I produced, filmed, and edited each showcase, flyer, and web component primarily through the Adobe Creative Suite.
In addition to my digital marketing work, I was an associate to the administrative executive, assisting with a 13% increase in workplace efficiency via the implementation of a paperless workflow. I was intricately involved with customer service communications of B2C policy, disputes/escalations regarding delivery, and Russian to English interpretation.
